Scania Multi Installation instructions
These installation instructions describe the installation procedure for all versions of Scania Multi. In all versions of Multi apart from Parts, the pdf reader Acrobat Reader is installed unless a later version is already installed on your computer. Therefore, the instructions for Acrobat Reader do not apply to Multi Parts. Where there are other differences between different versions, this is indicated in the text.
System configuration
To install and use Scania Multi 5 successfully, it is recommended that the target system, your computer, complies with the following system configuration.
Recommended system for Multi 5, min.
• PC with Pentium 300 MHz processor.
• Operating system Windows 2000 Professional or Windows XP Professional.
• Mouse.
• 64 Mb RAM.
• DVD reader.
• Free space on hard disk to which programs and all literature data are copied from the CD: Min. 8-10 Gb.
• Network card for connection to the dealer system.
