Honda Ridgeline Lift Kit Instructions

Trucks with lift kits or leveling kits installed have a higher center of gravity. Aggressive direction changes may cause a tip over. Always drive carefully and obey the speed limit.
1. FRONT SUSPENSION—remove axle nut to prevent the CV joint form coming apart.
2. Remove three nuts from under plastic plugs under hood. These attach the upper strut to the truck
3. Place rags or some other cushioning over the axle, to prevent the sharp bottom of the strut from cutting the CV boot.
4. Remove the sway bar link from the truck. This will be replaced with the sway bar link included in the kit.
5. Remove the lower bolt of the strut and remove the strut assembly. Be careful not to cut the CV boot
6. Attach the strut piece included in the kit to the strut.
7. Reinstall the strut into the truck— it is helpful to have someone assist you by attaching one of the upper mounting nuts to the strut.
8. Reassemble, using the new shorter sway bar links included with the kit.

REAR SUSPENSION
1. Undo sway bar link
2. Remove lower strut mount bolt
3. Remove upper strut mount bolts and remove strut assembly. Be careful, as the lower control arm will swing down.
4. Attach strut piece included in kit, and install it into truck mounting it at the top first.
5. Swing lower control arm back into position, and attach the lower strut mount and sway bar link.
6. Replace wheels, align and adjust headlights if necessary.
